Psoriasis Daily Walkthroughs: all the anti-inflammatory steps in time.

Here I'll bring together all the anti-psoriasis measures in some example daily routines. Just natural health steps, basically a bed time then morning routine. This doesn't include drugs. It does include some of my oil/lotion recipes, but other similar moisturizers will work as well.

First I'll do an idealized daily walkthrough, as though it's a whole night and day to myself just focusing on anti-inflammatory health. Then I'll do a more realistic walkthrough example, for a workday with social interactions and limited time.

Psoriasis Walkthrough 1 - an anti-inflammatory day to myself

This is a super optimized anti-psoriasis routine I may do, when I have way too much time on my hands.

  1. Before bed, drink some water (hydrate)
  2. Rub a thin layer of avocado oil into skin to be shaved (prep skin for shave)
  3. Buzz torso hair with clippers, lather shaving gel, shave (expose skin for sun exposure)
  4. Rinse off buzzed/shaved hair in shower, gently remove flakes with fingertips not fingernails, soap smelly areas but not psoriasis spots, shampoo hair and scalp, rinse, pat dry with towel (minimally irritating shower)
  5. Moisturize full body and face with HotChocAloe™ cocoa/aloe lotion, spot treat body psoriasis patches with TerpyShea™ terpene/shea lotion, use long-sleeve synthetic base layers as pajamas, and use an extra synthetic sheet (anti-inflammatory oils to help heal skin and prevent flakes, synthetic materials are oil resistant, keep oils from getting on everything, and are easy to wash)
  6. Eat fatty protein meal last thing (prevent liver from night time blood sugar spike)
  7. Brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (reduce oral sources of inflammation)

  8. Sleep in, and don't stress about a thing (stabilizes immune system)
  9. Deep breaths, lubricant eye drops, and minimal stretching (to wake up)
  10. Dab RedGreenTea™ lycopene/matcha sun oil on psoriasis patches (starts loosening flakes)
  11. If psoriasis is irritated or blood sugar is high—take one shot of vinegar, one clove of garlic, chase with a glass of water, and eat 5 grams of low-glycemic glucose carbs (interrupt liver's production of glucose)
  12. If psoriasis is NOT irritated and blood sugar is NOT high—skip breakfast and drink a glass of water (continue benefits of night time fasting)
  13. Brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (reduce oral sources of inflammation)
  14. Gently remove flakes with finger tips, not fingernails (expose patches for sun exposure)
  15. Rub in a thin layer of RedGreenTea™ lycopene/matcha sun oil over full body, except eyes, hair and scalp (anti-oxidant oil sun prep)
  16. Drink some water (hydrate)
  17. Jog a few miles, then do full body metabolic training: floor exercises, free motion machine, weight training, flexibility training (use up all of your liver and muscle glycogen)
  18. Drink some water (hydrate)
  19. Sun bathe full body, except genitals and eye balls, for specific amount of time depending on UV/weather and skin color (Max out vitamin D3 production, and optimize UV immunosuppression)
  20. Drink lots of water (hydrate)
  21. In the shower, use soap free moisturizing body wash like Dove, gently remove flakes with fingertips not fingernails, soap smelly areas but not psoriasis spots, shampoo hair and scalp, squeeze water out of hair, pat body dry with towel (minimally irritating shower)
  22. Apply Listerine style mouthwash to scalp and hair, let sit for 10 minutes, dry hair with a towel (removes skin oils from scalp and replaces with anti-fungal unsaturated fats to prevent flakes)
  23. Apply thin coat of HotChocAloe™ cocoa/aloe lotion to sunned areas (after sun healing lotion)
  24. Make a low-carb salad for lunch with plenty of soluble fibre and non-omega-6 fat calories, like: spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, cilantro, lime, avocado, olives, macadamia nuts, salmon, egg, and MetabolicDemigoddess™ dressing (anti-inflammatory diet)
  25. Brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (reduce oral sources of inflammation)
  26. Go for a walk later, and drink plenty of water (exercise, hydration)

Psoriasis Walkthrough 2 - squeezing it into a work day

This is an example manageable anti-psoriasis routine I may do, on a normal work day.

  1. Before bed, Eat fatty protein meal last thing (prevent liver from night time blood sugar spike)
  2. Drink some water, brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (hydrate, reduce oral sources of inflammation)
  3. Moisturize full body and face with HotChocAloe™ or RedGreenTea™ lotion, maybe spot treat with TerpyShea™, use long-sleeve synthetic base layers as pajamas, and use an extra synthetic sheet (anti-inflammatory oils to help heal skin and prevent flakes, synthetic materials are oil resistant, keep oils from getting on everything, and are easy to wash)

  4. Hit snooze, deep breaths, lubricant eye drops, and minimal stretching (to wake up for work)
  5. Wash hair with shampoo, squeeze water out, apply Listerine style mouthwash to scalp and hair, let sit for 10 minutes, dry hair with a towel (removes skin oils from scalp and replaces with anti-fungal unsaturated fats to prevent flakes)
  6. Spot treat with HotChocAloe™, and gently remove flakes with finger tips, not fingernails (moisturize)
  7. If psoriasis is irritated or blood sugar is high—take one shot of vinegar, one clove of garlic, chase with a glass of water, and eat 5 grams of low-glycemic glucose carbs (interrupt liver's production of glucose)
  8. If psoriasis is NOT irritated and blood sugar is NOT high—skip breakfast and drink a glass of water (continue benefits of night time fasting)
  9. Brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (reduce oral sources of inflammation)

  10. Drink plenty of water at work (hydrate)
  11. On lunch break, jog for 30 min, in the sun, with shirt off; quickly go through a few of the metabolic floor exercises, free motion machine, weight training, flexibility training (glycogen, sun D3 and immunosuppression)
  12. Shower, soap smelly areas but not psoriasis spots, shampoo hair and scalp (minimally irritating shower)
  13. Spot treat with HotChocAloe™ cocoa/aloe lotion (healing lotion)
  14. Drink lots of water (hydrate)
  15. Eat a low-carb salad for lunch with plenty of soluble fibre and non-omega-6 fat calories, like: spinach, kale, celery, cucumber, cilantro, lime, avocado, olives, macadamia nuts, salmon, egg, and MetabolicDemigoddess™ dressing (anti-inflammatory diet)
  16. Go for a walk later, and drink plenty of water (exercise, hydration)

Psoriasis Walkthrough 3 - just the essentials

This is an example minimized anti-psoriasis routine I may do, for crazy or lazy days. Avoiding inflammatory foods is the main key. Don't skip out on water, basic exercise and sleep.

  1. Eat dinner: soluble fibre, fat, and protein (prevent liver from night time blood sugar spike)
  2. Drink some water, brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (hydrate, reduce oral sources of inflammation)
  3. Spot treat with HotChocAloe™ (moisturize)

  4. Wake up, and apply HotChocAloe™ to full body and face (moisturize)
  5. Brush teeth, floss, mouthwash (reduce oral sources of inflammation)
  6. Skip breakfast and drink plenty of water (continue benefits of night time fasting)
  7. For lunch break, walk in the sun and eat low-carb fatty meal (glycogen, sun D3)
  8. Go for another walk later, and keep drinking plenty of water (exercise, hydration)
