Metabolic syndrome & glucose intolerance.

Metabolic syndrome raises your general level of inflammation, and can lead to insulin resistance and glucose intolerance. This is called pre-diabetes with glucose intolerance. Where its hard to bring your blood sugar down and it's extra irritating.

As far as psoriasis goes, pre-diabetes with glucose intolerance makes blood sugar multiple times more inflammatory for your psoriasis spots. In this situation the anti-inflammatory diet calls for very-low glucose carbs and well as very-low fructose carbs until it can be reversed. But, good news, the anti-inflammatory diet can reverse this whole situation.

It took me six months of this diet to reverse my pre-diabetes where glucose carbs were less irritating.
